A. Renewing your certification through our blended learning option is a simple two-step process:

1 Online Knowledge Chunk: Complete the official AHA HeartCode online course module and email your completion certificate to us.

2 Hands-On Skills Session: Once we receive your online certificate, we will ship an AHA-compliant adult and child CPR mannequin package directly to your door so we can complete your hands-on skills verification via a live online video meeting. If you are local to our service area, we can also reach out to schedule an in-person skills session at a convenient time and place.

A. We prioritize fast processing. As soon as you pass the live hands-on skills check, your official AHA Provider eCard will be processed and issued directly to your email within 4 hours.

A. If you already have access to an AHA-approved feedback mannequin or an approved training location on-site, we can often schedule a same-day virtual skills check. If you need us to provide the equipment, you can opt for overnight shipping during checkout, and we can conduct your skills session the next business day.

A. Per AHA guidelines, you must complete the official online HeartCode module before we can conduct your hands-on skills verification. If you haven't purchased or started the online portion yet, please reach out to us and we will gladly send you the direct enrollment link to get started.
